Jewel Gives Birth to Baby Boy

Jewel and Ty Murray welcomed a new baby boy.

The singer gave birth to Kase Townes Murray on Monday. The little man weighed in at 7 pounds, 6 ounces.

Its the singer and Murrays first child.

The couples boy was born in Texas.

Jewel and Murray, who were married in 2008, announced in January she was expecting.

Back in March, Jewel was involved in a car accident.

The singer is co-hosting the upcoming new Bravo reality series Platinum Hit withKara DioGuardi.
