Charlie Sheen Makes Emmys Appearance, Addresses His Two and a Half Men Crew

Charlie Sheen presented the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, making a surprise appearance, as Gossip Cop reported yesterday.

Before he handed out the award, Sheen had a few words for his former family at Two and a Half Men.
