CLAIM: Chelsea Handler Canned from Toilet at New York Hotspot

Chelsea Handler was thrown out of a bathroom during a party last week for her hotel-owning boyfriend Andre Balazs and his staff, claims the New York Post.

According to the paper, a bouncer at the New York hotspot Frying Pan caught her and a dude with gold shoes in a stall in the mens bathroom and ushered them both out.

The Post then implies Handler was doing drugs in the mens room.

But a rep for the talk show host says, She was not kicked out of the mens room, and calls the report a fabrication.
