Adele Cancels U.S. Tour Due To Vocal Chord Hemorrhage
Adele has been forced to cancel her 10-city U.S. tour due to a hemorrhage into her vocal chord.
The superstar had been set to kick off her American shows on October 7 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Shes struggled with similar issues in the past, shelving North American dates last June due to laryngitis.
