Hes been charged under the Criminal Damage Act for reportedly arming himself with a homemade petrol bomb while looting a north London store on August 8. Authorities have been combing through tens of thousands of hours of security footage to identify rioters suspected of violence and property damage from this past summers civil unrest. Waylett was arrested on September 20 and released from custody after an initial court appearance. Hes slated to have a committal hearing on November 10. Police also reportedly found 15 marijuana plants in Wayletts residence. He was arrested in 2009 for illegal production of cannabis, for which he was given 120 hours of community service. The actor bought the 10,000-square foot residence near Orlando for $6 million in 2007, but he owes more than $4.4 million to SunTrust Bank, according to papers filed in Lake County Circuit Court. Tuckers property, which carries a $25,812.50 monthly mortgage payment, is located in the pricey Bella Collina community on Lake Apopka. It reportedly features five bedrooms, three fireplaces, a personal spa, an outdoor kitchen that overlooks a pool, and, best of all, a basement designed to look like a pirate ship complete with wooden deck, mast and sail. The Internal Revenue Service put an $11.5 million lien on the mansion earlier this year in order to collect taxes on it. Now it looks like Tucker could lose the house. In a statement to the Associated Press , the Oscar-winner wrote,I deeply regret attending this event, adding, If I had a full understanding of what this event was apparently intended to be, I would never have gone.
