Mark Wahlberg Set to Open Wahlburgers Restaurant with Brothers



Mark and Donnie Wahlberg, along with their chef brother Paul, are opening a restaurant called Wahlburgers.

The 120-seat burger joint is scheduled to open across from the siblings Italian restaurant in the Shipyard in Hingham, MA.

There are also plans for a pizza place.

Before announcing Wahlburgers, the Wahlberg ownership group reached an arrangement with Tom Wahls, a burger chain that sells something called the Wahlburger.

Now the Wahlbergs have full spectrum use of the name.

It just works, their partner, Ed St. Croix told the Boston Herald. Its a good-sounding brand we could put out the product with, a great name people could relate to.
