Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux Bid $450,000 for Painting At Charity Auction

Jennifer Aniston spent $450,000 on a painting at the Artists for Haiti auction at Christies in New York.

Her beau,Justin Theroux, bid on Anistons behalf, eventually winning Glenn Ligons abstract oil, charcoal and graphite work Stranger #44.

The final bid far exceeded the $150,000 to $200,000 estimated price tag on the canvas.

The event was co-organized by Anistons friend, Ben Stiller, and raised $13,662,000 to benefit health and education initiatives in Haiti.

After the auction, Aniston and Theroux joined Stiller and his wife, Christine Taylor, for dinner at Il Cantinori.
