Petey Pablo Sentenced To 3 Years in Prison

Petey Pablo is going to prison after trying to take a loaded, stolen gun through an airport in September 2010.

A North Carolina court has sentenced the rapper to 35 months in a federal facility after the Freek-A-Leek performer pleaded guilty to weapons charges.

Last year, Pablo was arrested at Raleigh-Durham International Airport when officials discovered the weapon in his bag at a security checkpoint.

Investigators traced the weapon had been stolen in a 2005 home burglary.
