Andy Dick Ordered to Stand Trial for Felony Sexual Abuse

Andy Dick has been ordered to stand trial on felony sexual abuse charges.

The case involves allegations that the actor-comedian grabbed a bouncers crotch and kissed a male patron at a Huntington, West Virginia bar in January 2010.

Today, Judge Paul Farrell set Dicks trial for January 17.

Dick must also submit to a standard urine test for drugs, and will be jailed if he shows up for Septembers pre-trial hearing under the influence.

I suspect you may be [on drugs], Judge Farrell told Dick.

The star insists hes sober.

Hes currently free on bail.

This case is not to be confused with the lawsuit against Dick for allegedly rubbing his genitals on a comedy club patrons face in December 2010.
