Adele and Lady Gaga Lead American Music Awards Nominees

Adele andLady Gaga are among the superstar women who lead the nominees for the 2011American Music Awards.

Katy Perry, Rihanna and Taylor Swift also garnered multiple nominations for the ceremony, which will air live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on November 20.

Lil Wayne will take on Gaga, Perry, Swift and Adele for Artist of the Year honors.

Winners will be determined by online voting.
