New, heartbreaking audio of a drugged Michael Jackson discussing plans for his This Is It concert series was played today during the manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray.

In the May 10, 2009, recording, a snippet of which prosecutor David Walgren played during opening arguments last week, the King of Pop talks about wanting to outdo The Beatles and Elvis Presley with his final shows, hoping to prove himself as historys greatest entertainer and use the money to fund the worlds biggest childrens hospital.

I love them because I didnt have a childhood, explains a hazy Jackson. I had no childhood. I feel their pain. I feel their hurt.

Jacksons slurred, emotional speech is critical to the prosecutions case that Murray knew about the performers dubious physical and mental health in the weeks leading up to his death.
