Chris Tucker Faces Foreclosure on $6 Million Mansion

Chris Tuckers Florida mansion is facing foreclosure.

The actor bought the 10,000-square foot residence near Orlando for $6 million in 2007, but he owes more than $4.4 million to SunTrust Bank, according to papers filed in Lake County Circuit Court.

Tuckers property, which carries a $25,812.50 monthly mortgage payment, is located in the pricey Bella Collina community on Lake Apopka.

It reportedly features five bedrooms, three fireplaces, a personal spa, an outdoor kitchen that overlooks a pool, and, best of all, a basement designed to look like a pirate ship complete with wooden deck, mast and sail.

The Internal Revenue Service put an $11.5 million lien on the mansion earlier this year in order to collect taxes on it.

Now it looks like Tucker could lose the house.

Not even his old Rush Hour buddy Jackie Chan can help Tucker out of this one.
